Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
This week ended this project on a high note which is awesome. Another thing that is awesome is that my final time came in at 3.43. Throughout this project my number has varied a lot but this end number shows that I have improved a lot. This is a great end to this project and I am very happy with the result.

Day 1
Day 2I didn't get to do day 3 but my time this week was a 3.45 which is awesome. I was feeling it this weekend or something. Overall this was a pretty good week.
Day 1
Day 2Day 3Day 3 I got in all my explosive work in with the kettle bell swings and hang power cleans. Overall the workout wasn't terrible but I do hate step-ups. This weeks workouts minus day 2 were really good since Thanksgiving was last week but they all kind of sucked. Overall I would call this week a success. My time came in at 3.5 which is pretty good I guess. I want to be able to shave a little more off of the before the end of this project.
Day 1So day 1 was trash. Really. We did a thing where you do yoga the first 10 minutes and then "the gauntlet" which was where you pick a card that has a workout correlated to it. After every workout you immediately choose another card and only get break if you are about to pass out or draw a 7. I have never in my life been so close to throwing up from a workout. I guess it's a good thing though because thanksgiving was Thursday. The three things a really didn't want to do were the mountain climbers, the lap, and the 10 cal bikes. Of course those would be the three things we did the most. I guess its a good thing to help my sprints but still. I hated it. Day 2
The workouts this week were are but that's good because I chowed down on Thanksgiving and my grandma came in town so you know I was well fed. My time this week came in at 3.54 which is really good since it's Thanksgiving week, I only worked out twice, and I got a better time than last week.
Day 1
Day 2
This week was terrible considering next week is thanksgiving and I might put on a few extra pounds. I mean it's Americas cheat day how could I not go all out. What really doesn't help is that I didn't have practice this week. The most physical activity I've done all week is clean because my family is coming in and taking over my house. My time this week came in at 3.55 I think that's a little worse than last week but that's ok because I don't think it's that much worse.
Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
Overall this week was pretty good. I had a tournament over the weekend and we went 3-1 for the whole weekend which is pretty good. My time came in at 3.54 this week. Lately I’ve been showing improvement but I don’t want to get too happy because thanksgiving is coming up and I’ll probably fall off the wagon.
Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
Week 6 was a success overall. I finally got back on track with my workouts thank god. With getting back on track there are some downfall though because I am extra sore. I am typing this on Sunday and I am still sore from my workouts this week. My time for this week came in at 3.56 which is slower than my last time but not by much. Overall though I am pretty proud of this week.
Day 1
Day 2
I didn't go workout after school Thursday but I did go catch someone so at least I did something. I also had practice Saturday so I'd mark this week as a good week. It's especially good because my time this week was a 3.5 flat which is awesome. I felt pretty good doing my sprint this week despite eating a lot a chicken stew on Saturday night. I got a question about the app I use in one of my earlier blogs, the app is something my trainers started using to help us keep track of our workouts and how much we lift and it's called TeamBuildr.
Day 1
Day 2
I didn't go workout on Thursday. I know. I'm slacking. My bad. I've gotten into this pretty bad habit where I tell myself "I'll do better next week" and then I don't, as you have probably noticed. I decided to go out to eat with my parents and with how busy my schedule is I don't get to talk to them as much during the week because I get home let then have to rush and do homework and take showers. So what I'm saying is don't judge me because I think it's a pretty good excuse. There is some good new though. When I took my time this week it was 3.54. It's awesome so finally see hard work pay off. Even though I have been slightly slacking on the workouts as of late I feel pretty good about myself this week.
Day 1Monday was rough. I was struggling and exhausted from the tournament Sunday. When I got home on Sunday after I took my shower and finished my homework I didn't get to bed till 11 that night. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit my pillow. Along with overall exhaustion, my arm hurt all day and I had a friends birthday dinner to go to. Could I have gone and worked out and still had time to go to the birthday dinner? Yes, but I needed a recovery day because of all the work I did over the weekend. When I got home I iced my shoulder then went tot he dinner and called it a night. Day 2
Day 3
Lucky for you guys my arm has pretty much nothing to do with running other than having to pump them while you run. My time came in the same at a steady 3.6 which I am marking as extremely well due to all the stuff my body has been put through. Next week I am taking as much of a break as possible from softball. I am planning on working out all three days next week as long as my body is up to it. I have a two week break from tournaments so hopefully by then my arm will be fine.
